Procesión — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ObedientAmbition, Unipessoal LDA ("ObedientAmbition", "we", "us", or "our"), operating as Lagosta Games and developing the game Procesión (the "App"), handles information when you use the App. We are committed to handling data responsibly and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

Game data stored on your device

Procesión stores gameplay information locally on your device so the App can work and remember your choices. This may include level progress, scores and achievements, selected difficulty, tutorial status, language, sound and haptic preferences, and a local record of your verified Premium entitlement. The App does not require an ObedientAmbition account or login, and we do not receive this local gameplay data on our own servers.

Advertising data

The free version uses Google Mobile Ads to show interstitial advertisements after completed plays. Depending on your region, consent choices, and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address and general location inferred from it, device or app identifiers, ads shown and interactions with them, app interaction data, diagnostics, performance data, and your advertising consent choices. Procesión does not request access to your precise GPS location.

If you unlock Premium, Procesión stops requesting and displaying advertisements. Google may retain information already processed in accordance with its own retention practices.

Premium purchase information

Apple processes payments for the one-time Procesión Premium purchase through the App Store. The App receives signed product, transaction, and entitlement information needed to verify and unlock Premium. We do not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details.

Procesión does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or precise location.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to Google and Apple for the purposes described above; to professional advisers and service providers working under appropriate obligations; to authorities where legally required; or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset applicable progress or remove the App. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies, and Procesión may refresh your entitlement from Apple when you launch or restore the App. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Google and Apple determine retention periods for information they process under their own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, and receive data in a portable format. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Procesión is a family-friendly puzzle game and does not require a player account or date of birth. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to us. Advertising and consent configuration may vary according to the App's store rating, region, and applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to us may contact us to request its deletion.

Google, Apple, and other recipients may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved. No device, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Procesión, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the App Store where appropriate.
